Return & Refund Policy

RETURN PROCESS
To complete the return, please contact us via our email [email protected]. If your return is accepted, then a shipping label and instructions will be provided stipulating where to return the package.

Note: the shipping fee is FREE for defective and damaged products. But, when any customer mistakenly buys any product on another color, or brand. That time customers will responsible for the actual cost of shipping for the said item. (4.99$)

We have some scenarios for return and refund (With our policy, within 31 days of you receiving the item, you can request a refund or a return):

1. You wish to cancel or modify your order

We process your order quickly, usually within 24 hours. For this reason, you have 12 hours after placing your order to send a cancellation or modification email to [email protected] Outside of this time, it will not be possible to cancel your order. 

2. You have not received your package

Our delivery times are 4 to 8 working days, but due to customs clearance or logistics delays it can be up to 15 days. If you do not receive your item within 15 days, then we will refund you in full in the form of a purchase voucher and you can keep the item when you receive it.

3. You received your item but it arrived damaged

It may happen that your package is shaken during delivery and that your object arrives broken or damaged.

In this case contact us at [email protected] with the following details:

  1. Your order number
  2. The description of the problem (wrong / defective item, …)
  3. A photo or video
  4. Obtain a return of the product at our expense 
  5. Print and complete the return form.

4.What are the restocking fees?

  • No restocking fees

5.How can customers return products?

  • By mail or In Store.

6.How will customers get the return label?

  •  Download/print (For defective products or customer remorse)

We will notify you by mail once we receive your return and let you know if it has been approved. If your return item is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method.
